ICE - Induction to Communicating in English - and the ICEBreakers Project

ICEbreakers logo

The ICEBreakers project is a new concept in helping employers support their migrant workers in the workplace using specially designed materials known as ICE (Induction to Communicating in English). It is funded by the ESF and consequently is offered FREE to employers and their staff.

Employers with a migrant work force will recognise the huge benefits they bring to their business. They’ll also be aware that communication can be a problem, especially in areas such as Health & Safety. Most importantly, they’ll know that happy and motivated staff are fundamental to the success of any business and being able to chat with colleagues and be part of a team makes all the difference to them.
