Assessor +
Assessor+ is a course specifically aimed at workplace assessors, internal verifiers, trainers and instructors. The course will raise awareness of the national skills agenda and will provide assessors with the knowledge and understanding of Skills for Life and how improving these skills can have a positive impact on their learners’ confidence, motivation and success.
The course will:
- Enable assessors to feel confident about talking about Skills for Life with their learners
- Enable assessors to identify and address Skills for Life issues when presented in learning
- Add value to an assessor’s job role and make it more rewarding and fulfilling
- Provide commercial benefit to training companies who will:
~ Achieve better learning outcomes
~ Be less reliant on bought in expertise
~ Improve Train to Gain performance and achievement of SfL targets
